Why can’t I order directly from you?
eMotorWerks has a distributor who sells our products in Canada via our Canadian distributor autochargers.ca. Please visit their website: http://www.autochargers.ca/ They offer our JuiceBox products, have certified installation partners, and are in the best position to service and support Canadian customers.
Units sold in Canada thru autochargers.ca are more expensive than what’s offered on your store.
We sell products in Canada through our distributor, autochargers.ca. Autochargers.ca buys the parts from us and then does their own assembly in Canada. This provides Canadian customers with the lowest delivered cost and allows them to set the best pricing. Because of recent tariffs and differences in tax and duty, it is difficult to compare pricing from our store to that of a unit purchased in Canada. Are JuiceBox units certified for usage in Canada?
Yes, JuiceBox Pro 40, Pro 40C and Pro 32 sold in Canada by our distributor, autochargers.ca are both UL and cUL certified.
Does autochargers.ca have full eMotorWerks product line? (i.e. all of the accessories, P40, P75 and etc.)
autochargers.ca has access to the JuiceBox Pro 40 and Pro 32 and carries some accessories, if an individual component is not in stock, autochargers.ca will order it.
Can I order your products for delivery within the US?
Yes, all orders on the eMotorWerks website require purchase using credit cards issued in the United States or paid through a PayPal account and shipment within the continental United States. If you plan to ship the charging station to the US and use it in Canada, please be advised that for warranty support, eMotorWerks will provide free shipping of any defective units to our factory and shipping of the repaired/replacement product back to you if your address is in the continental US. If I purchase in the US and transport the product to Canada, how does that affect my warranty?
JuiceBox Residential customers outside the continental U.S. are responsible for all shipping costs to send and return the product to/from our San Carlos, CA facility should you have any issues with your JuiceBox.
